All products are shipped directly from our headquarters in Guimarães, Portugal.
The estimated delivery time is:

Continental territory: 1-3 business days after expedition;

Europe: Standard shipping, 3-7 business days after expedition;

Europe: Express shipping, 24-48 hours after expedition;

Rest of world: Express shipping, 24-48 hours after expedition.

The estimated delivery time may change depending on the circumstantial limitations, whose reasons for which are unrelated to the i9tex.

Some products are out of stock. In these particular cases, you need to consider the production time. You can find all dispatch information for each product by checking the product sheet (shipping).

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
If you need to return a defective item you can do so within 3 working days after delivery, sending an email at support@i9tex.com. If your complaint is approved, you choose:

Refund: we'll refund the monetary value of the defective product together with delivery charges. The product must be returned in the same condition as received if possible with all packaging.

Exchange: we'll replace the defective product for another equal or with equal or lower price. The product must be returned in the same condition as received if possible with all packaging.

Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a unused item you can do so within 3 working days after delivery, sending an email at the address support@i9tex.com. The i9tex brand agrees to exchange a product for another with equal or lower price. The product must be returned in the same condition as received if possible with all packaging. In these case, we don't support the shipping costs.

Please note that we don't offer exchanges on our custom products.
