  • How can I order a custom product?
    You can order a custom product using the email support@i9tex.com describing your need.
  • How can I purchase a product?
    You choose the product you want to buy, selecting the model, size and color. You can see your order in the shopping bag. After that, you specify the shipping and billing information. Finally, you pay the order. We are on the textile online market to make everything be easy.
  • How can I pay my order?

  • How can I be sure that the purchase was well done?
    When you pay the order, you receive the confirmation via email with the order number, details of the products, the type of payment chosen and the shipping information.
  • Can I change the shipping address?
    It's possible if the products have not been shipped. You should contact our customer service via email support@i9tex.com as soon as possible.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    The shipping costs and the delivery depends of size/weight of the order and the destination. For more information click here.
  • Can I exchange a product?
    You can exchange a product within 3 days after delivery by another of equal or lesser value, if it hasn't been used. However, there are some exceptions click here.
  • Can I return a product?
    You can return a product within 3 days after delivery according the return policy click here.
  • How soon will I be reimbursed?
    If a product is defective, you must inform us at support@i9tex.com and return the product to our company. We'll check the situation and make a decision via email. If we accept your complaint, you will receive a chargeback within three business days.
